Account Management
Manage your profile, addresses, sessions, preferences, and security from your Workfile account.
Your Workfile account is the central hub for managing your identity, saved data, and security across all Workfile products and stores.
Access your account at account.workfile.io or click your avatar in any Workfile product.
Account sections

Your account works across all Workfile stores. Saved addresses, order history, and preferences are tied to your Workfile ID — so you don't need separate accounts for each store you shop at.
Profile
Update your personal information from Profile:

Your name and email appear on orders, bookings, and invoices. Keep them up to date so merchants can reach you.
Addresses
Save multiple shipping and billing addresses for faster checkout:

Saved addresses appear as options during checkout on any Workfile store — no need to type them again.
Orders and bookings
View your complete history across all stores:
- Orders — every product purchase with status, tracking, and invoice
- Bookings — every service appointment with date, time, and status
- Packages — purchased service packages with remaining sessions
Security
The Security section shows all active sessions:

You can sign out of individual sessions or all sessions at once. This is useful if you signed in on a shared computer or suspect unauthorized access.
Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity by default. Platform administrators can configure session duration from the admin security settings.
Merchant access
If you're a store owner or team member, your account page also shows a link to the Merchant Dashboard where you manage your stores, products, and orders.
If you're a customer and want to start selling, click Start Selling on your account page to create your first store.
