Billing & Plans

Manage your subscription, view invoices, and understand pricing.

Each Workfile product has its own pricing plans. You can manage your subscription from the Settings → Billing page within each product.

Plans

Plans are at the organization level — one plan covers all stores and team members in your organization. Common tiers include:

Payments

Payments are processed via Razorpay with support for:

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST.

Managing your subscription

View current plan

Go to Settings → Billing in any Workfile product. You'll see your current plan, usage stats, and renewal date.

Upgrade or downgrade

Click Upgrade to see available plans with feature comparisons. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Update billing profile

Click Billing Profile to update your business name, GSTIN, and billing address. These details appear on all invoices.

Update your GSTIN in the billing profile before your first payment. It's included on all invoices for GST input credit.

Invoices

Subscription invoices are auto-generated and available in Settings → Billing. Each invoice includes:

Billing FAQ

What happens when I hit a plan limit? You'll see a clear message explaining the limit and an option to upgrade. Existing data is never deleted — you just can't add more until you upgrade or the monthly limit resets.

Do monthly limits roll over? No. Monthly limits (orders, bookings, form submissions) reset on the 1st of each month.

Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

Is there a refund policy? Refer to the refund policy on the Workfile website.
