Plans & Limits

Understand plan tiers, feature limits, and usage tracking across Workfile products.

Every Workfile organization has a subscription plan that determines available features and usage limits. Plans are managed from Settings → Billing within each product.

How plans work

Plans are at the organization level — one plan covers all stores and products in your organization. Limits are shared across stores.

Plan limits are enforced in real time. When you hit a limit (e.g., max products per store), you'll see a clear message with an option to upgrade.

The free tier is great for testing and setting up your store. Once you're ready to go live with customers, upgrade to unlock blog posts, customer accounts, and form submissions.

Checking your usage

Go to Settings → Billing to see:

  • Your current plan name and tier
  • Usage for each limit (e.g., "12 of 100 products used")
  • Remaining quota for monthly limits (orders, bookings, submissions)
  • Storage usage with visual progress bar

Monthly limits (orders, bookings, form submissions) reset on the 1st of each month. Unused quota doesn't roll over.

Upgrading

Click Upgrade from the billing page to see available plans. Upgrades take effect immediately — your new limits are available right away.

Payments are processed through Razorpay with support for UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking. All prices are in INR inclusive of GST.
