Settings
Configure payments, shipping, domains, modules, and apps for your store.
Store settings control how your store operates — from accepting payments to managing which features are visible in your dashboard. Access settings from Settings in the sidebar.

Store settings
The main store settings page lets you configure:

Your store name and logo appear on the storefront header, invoices, and your Workfile Marketplace listing. Keep them professional and consistent with your brand.
The store settings page also has a Preview button that shows how your store appears on the marketplace.
Payments
Connect a payment gateway to accept online payments from customers.
Install the Razorpay app
Go to Settings → Apps and install the Razorpay Payments app. This is the recommended way to configure payments.
Enter your credentials
You'll need your Razorpay Key ID and Key Secret from your Razorpay dashboard. These connect your store to your Razorpay account.
Configure payment options
Set up COD (Cash on Delivery) rules, online payment discounts, and webhook URLs for real-time payment status updates.
Supported payment methods through Razorpay:

You can also connect payment gateways using the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) approach from Settings → Payments directly, without the app. The app just provides a richer configuration experience.
Shipping
Shipping is managed through apps. Go to Settings → Shipping to see installed shipping providers.
To set up shipping:
- Go to Settings → Apps and install a shipping app (e.g., Shiprocket)
- Configure your pickup address and courier preferences
- Shipping rates and delivery estimates will appear at checkout automatically
If no shipping app is installed, the shipping settings page shows an empty state with a link to browse available apps.
Domains
See the Storefront page for detailed domain setup instructions. The domains settings page lets you:
- View your default subdomain (
yourstore.workfile.store) - Add and verify a custom domain
- Check DNS health
- Switch the primary domain variant (www vs non-www)
Modules
Modules let you toggle which features appear in your dashboard sidebar. This doesn't affect your plan — it only controls visibility.

Disabled modules are hidden from the sidebar for all team members. The underlying data isn't deleted — re-enable a module anytime to see everything again.
Apps
Apps extend your store with additional functionality. Go to Settings → Apps to browse, install, and configure apps.
Apps can add:
- Payment gateways (Razorpay)
- Shipping providers (Shiprocket)
- Analytics and tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
- Custom dashboard widgets
- Settings sections on existing pages
Check the Apps page regularly — new integrations are added frequently. Each app has its own configuration page with setup instructions.
Billing
Your Workfile subscription is managed from Settings → Billing. Here you can:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- View and download invoices
- Update billing profile (GST number, business name)
